私は、水資源、特に地下水資源におけるリモートセンシングとGIS の応用について研究をしています。本研究の目的は、インドのナルマダ盆地における地下水位の動向を明らかにし、その背景にある理由を明らかにすることです。私の主な仕事は、衛星データの使用、水文学的モデリング、サンプリングと実験室での分析のためのフィールドワークなどです。
My research deals with applications of Remote sensing and GIS in water resources, especially groundwater resources. The aim of my study is to identify the groundwater level trends in Narmada basin of India and justify the reasons behind the observed trends. My works involves usage of satellite data, hydrological modeling, field work for sampling and laboratory analysis.
